Team Privacy for activeCollab adds a new layer of privacy to your team’s information allowing you to hide all the details about your team from your clients and each other.
Keeps sensitive details hidden!
Now YOU choose who sees what, all the way from Name/Email to Company Name, and contact details and Time Zone. What’s visible is controlled by permissions that are managed by roles for easy set it and forget it configuration, and maximum flexibility. For example, you can set your main client “role” up with the ability to see just the Name for each of your team members, but your Project Managers can have access to a different level of contact information (see screenshots for details). Then with every new user you setup the permissions will automatically be applied.
